One of the worst experiance with this company. My company hired them to support my international relocation from Gothenburg sweden. The staff is not at all trained for packing stuff they dont know basic packing also. Better to avoid it. They dummped all my stuff in the boxes and just put some plaster. Furniture packing was horrible they just wrapped a brown sheet for sofas. They dont have buble wrap and used my personal boxes as they lack in packing materal.

Mycket besviken. Rekommenderar INTE!!!!!

I decided to write a review of my experience with Freys (pretty late, but better late than never 😊). I moved from California to Malmö in 2018 with Rainier Overseas Movers. Alfa was the local company to receive the container at the port, and they hired Freys Express to deliver the shipment to my apartment. Due to local regulations preventing them from transporting the container directly to my apartment, they had to transfer the contents of the shipping container to a moving truck at their office (and they informed me of this so that I could be present to see everything being moved from the container into the truck). Overall, their staff was friendly, responsive, and provided quality, timely service. And despite things needing to be moved an extra time between the container and the truck, I wasn't charged any additional amount, and everything was moved into the apartment quickly and without any damage. I'm currently planning another international move now (back to the USA), and was pleased to learn that Freys will most likely be the company handling the packing and loading of my personal effects.
