Two days before the end of our vacation in southern Sweden I lost the endcap of one of the temples of my optical glasses. This exposed the sharp end of the temple, which irritated the skin behind my ear. On the recommendation of a female employee at an optics sales station who couldn't help me herself (no Material, no Tools, ...), on August 14th, 2024, I went to Forsbergs Optik AB, Algatan 2, Trelleborg, a family Business. I briefly described my problem to a lady who seemed extremely competent to me, and she told me that she would take a quick look at it in the workshop area. After less than 10 Minuten she came back into the sales area and showed me the repaired glasses. She had installed factory made end caps on both brackets (on both, so they wouldn't be different - I assume, she shrunk them on using hot air). In any case, this was a professionally made repair, that I am still very satisfied with - even with the price, SEK 50.- (EUR 4,50) - an absolute service price, even though I was never a customer there. So my conclusion / recommendation: If you need glasses, another optical device or a repair, then go to Forsbergs. They are competent, very friendly and they really can help you. Thank you, Forsbergs Crew.
