I came to Diana at a point where I felt like I was constantly trying to keep my head above water as a parent. I was often second-guessing myself, feeling guilty, and wondering if I was doing enough. Diana created a safe and judgement-free space in which I could connect to my values and own my identity as a parent with confidence. Thanks to her support I now approach parenting with more joy and clarity. I have learned through the work we did how to be more self-compassionate and this in turn helped me be more connected to my child. The greatest thing about Diana’s work is that it is sustainable.
