A really lovely tour with Oliver, getting to see a sample of what Stockholm has to offer. From it's barebone ingredients, street food, stereotypical foods, and fusion meals. Tasting delicious beers, wines and spirits along the way. All paired with a healthy dose of history. Oliver was a joy to be around and made us feel welcomed and informed.

After a self-guided walk, with a little help from Apple Maps, from the Nobis Hotel to Stockholm’s Södermalm neighborhood, we met Oliver, our guide and the owner of Foodtours Stockholm.
Oliver introduced us to several wonderful small specialty purveyors of fine foods and beverages, where we sampled an impressive variety of Swedish specialties, including fish, meats, chocolates, beer, wine, and even Swedish “street food.”
Nothing was hurried. The conversation was engaging, the food was terrific, and the entire experience felt relaxed, personal, and genuinely warm.

This food tour in Stockholm was one of the best we’ve ever had - comparing to five or six across many different countries and cities. Lots of great food. Oliver was a great guide! (I probably did not top enough!). My husband has trouble walking long distances and Oliver even figured out a way for my husband to take a bus on one of the legs of the tour so didn’t have to walk a mile with us. But met us right on time at the next stop. Highly recommend!!

Had a tour here and we really enjoyed the experience. Our guide Kristen was really helpful and knowledgeable! She (and the business owners of the restaurants) really helped us understand why this food was chosen and what makes each place unique. Would definitely recommend

We had a great tour- both the food and the information shared were good. The walking was not too strenuous, just enough to help justify that we were eating rather a lot. We experienced a wide variety of foods, from traditional Swedish foods [Swedish cheeses, cloudberry jam, herring, bear sausage, dried reindeer and moose] to Swedish sweets to Swedish Street foods. We had a great time.

Food Tours Stockholm provided an excellent tour. I had the pleasure of doing the Nordic experience and every dish we had was incredible. Kristen our guide was so knowledgeable and personable which made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend booking one of their tours while in Stockholm.

A wonderful experience with a wide array of Swedish cuisine! Kristen was a wonderful guide with a wide knowledge of local food and made the walking tour extremely enjoyable even though it rained throughout we were quenched and drenched! Last week 4 of us had a fantastic afternoon w Kristen eating our way through Sodermalm. Kristen is passionate about food, as are we, we were a perfect match. Kristen gave us background about the area and the foods- great time eating all afternoon! We visited a fish market and a number of restaurants- all set up waiting for us in a private area. The tastes were vast and delicious. And the staff at each location was on hand to tell us about the foods as well. The last stop was a chocolate and pastry shop where we were whisked away to a private room for tastings of the chocolates, pastries and gelato- I have no idea how we ate dinner that night?! Kristen was fun, professional and someone that knows all about the food scene in Stockholm. I can’t imagine a better foodie tour guide- and we have been on many. Kristen and Food Tours Stockholm - outstanding.
