Quick and excellent support, even when the changes are coming from the airline. Totally recommended. Never seen such a great experience and fast email responses from any other third party.

Fast service and customer service. Always accurate. Good prices. I prefer Flysmarter. They have better prices than the airlines themselves (normally).

STAY AWAY FROM THIS! If I could, I would give FlySmaster 1/2 star. Really, 10 or 20 CHF cheaper is not worth it. I booked the ticket for my mom, who has to travel alone, and when we had problem, we tried to the Swiss Airline, who said I have to contact the agency aka FlySmaster. After the whole morning tried to call their number, we gave up and sent them the email. All we wanted is just to change the ticket date and tried to explain due to visa problem, we need to change the ticket. But here is the answer. Hello, Please be informed that we are unable to assist mid-travel. If the passenger did not board the flights due to issues with Visa, airline considers them a no-show and the remaining segments are cancelled automatically. Please contact the airline directly for assistance. Kind regards, ..... I hope no one ever again use FlySmaster.

Ich schreibe eigentlich keine Bewertungen, aber die Buchung und die Zuverlässigkeit bei einem unschlagbaren Preis hat mich begeistert. Top. Wir haben Gabelflüge von Berlin über Singapur nach Sydney und von Cairns nach Auckland und zurück gebucht. Es hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert und gab keinerlei Probleme oder Verspätungen. Auch bei einer Nachfrage in der Agentur wurde sehr zeitnah reagiert und geantwortet. Danke für eine unvergessliche Reise.

Tried to book a flight 7 times.. Every time I would come to the "Pay" button, it would tell me that the booking no longer existed. And every time it would add 20/30 euros to the price. Eventually I said "bye" (in other words), and booked directly via the airline. It was even cheaper.. :) I've seen this bad user experience in other websites, and it usually happens when you don't choose any of their extras (like flight cancellation security, extra seatspace etc). Bad UX = no booking, so it doesn't pay off for Flysmarter in the end.

Unacceptable customer approach. No will to help, dead telephone number. Stay away, terrible experience!!! Hopefully they will go bunkrupt with such attitude.
