Very nice pancakes. 1 serving of pancakes, 1 fluffy latte and 1 matcha took 30 mins wait, cafe half full. Had to clear and clean table ourselves and during our 2 hour stay staff was put to clean zero times. New guests arriving shifting old plates to other tables. So difficult to grade because the pancakes were really nice. But I will definitely not come back.

Todella hyviä japanilaisia fluffy pannukakkuja. Itsepalvelulla toimii, joten siitä palvelusta yksi tähti pois. Ei poista kuitenkaan sitä, että suosittelen paikkaa.

Kiitos paljon, Tero! Ilahduttaa kuulla, että pannukakut maistuivat ja että suosittelet meitä. Kiitos myös rehellisestä palautteesta itsepalvelusta. Tervetuloa uudelleen! / Fluffy House
I came here for one thing, and I got exactly that. The food quality was great, and that's expected given the price. The only downside is how pack the place gets, people are all around you if you sit close were orders are taken. Besides that, nice atmosphere.

Thank you, Steven! Glad you got what you came for and that the food lived up to it. You're right that it gets crowded near the counter when it's busy and people are queuing to order, thanks for pointing it out. Happy you liked the atmosphere, welcome back. / Fluffy House

The food was ok and the place are bright and clean. However, the service can be improved. We were two people ordering food on the same order. However, we got our pancakes 10 minutes a part. If we were more people we would have started to eat, but since we were two we needed to wait until both got food. In the meantime, the first pancake has already been cold and deflated. I think it is basic that order from a the same table should arrive together.

Thank you, Linus, and thanks for the kind words about the food and the room. You're right that pancakes on the same order should come out together, and waiting for the second one while the first goes cold isn't how it should be. Our soufflé pancakes are whipped and baked to order, which is also why they sink quickly once they're out. We're passing this on to the café.

Fluffy House
