Decent gym, however a terrible receptionist. Had a student with me that had been asking for me to get her started up in martial arts, she had been really looking forward to it. We had a couple of logistic questions regarding the trainingspace, questions that the receptionist couldnt confidently answer. So she (receptionist) helped us find one of the coaches who had logistical oversight for the day, pretty straightforward. In the middle of the trainingsession, a third party tells me that the receptionist is angry because we went over her head.. I thought to myself that the third party had misunderstood and asked the receptionist to join the dialogue so we could address it. By this time she had worked herself up to a frenzy, and started hollering in front of the young student. I managed to get her to agree to a dialogue eventually together with the third party, and we could solve the ordeal, but the damage was already done. The kid had really been looking forward to it. The lesson is, when youre in a service position, especially the outwards face, be absolutely sure about what youre saying when engaging a customer in such a manner. Unfortunately since the receptionist has such a central role, this disqualifies the whole establishment which comes off as amateurish
