Sofia Rego is A Truly Exceptional Akashic Records Practitioner & Healer
I have had many sessions with Sofia Rego, and what continues to amaze me is that no two sessions are ever the same. Every experience brings something different, something meaningful, and often something I wasn’t expecting.
Having worked in the field of energy healing, consciousness and spiritual transformation for many years, I have experienced different practitioners and approaches to the Akashic Records. And I can genuinely say that Sofia is very different from anyone else I have worked with.
What makes her work so special is that she doesn’t simply access the Akashic Records and share information. She combines her extraordinary intuitive accuracy with deep energetic healing, creating an experience that goes far beyond a traditional reading.
Her ability to bring through such specific, personal and accurate information continues to impress me, even after so many sessions together.
Each session unfolds differently, depending on what is coming through and what is ready to be explored, understood or healed. There is no fixed formula, no repetition, and no sense of following a script.

I joined Sofia for her 9/9 Portal Event online, and I’m so grateful for her insight, kindness and support, both during and after the event.
I experienced such a beautiful shift, moving from taking my time (procrastinating!) to feeling ready to commit to a full lunar years cycle of writing my book, even through the fear. I also received guidance about how to structure the chapters and the possibility of collaborating with others.
Sofia created such a beautiful, safe space for us to be held, guided and supported through this release. It felt wonderful to forgive a few long-standing people and issues. The tears rising within me confirmed that I was on the right path. Although I’ve attempted to release these things many times before, this was the first time I genuinely felt physically drawn away from it all.
She also reiterated that my money story is my own, and my father’s is his. This message had already been coming through for me, so hearing her confirm it felt incredibly meaningful. Sofia helped me alot while I was trying to get pregnant, she told me when it would happen and it made me feel more safe and calm during the process.
After that I got pregnant, Sofia predicted the gender of my baby before the scan, which was also right. So im so happy with her, and having her around at this time. Recommend her to everyone who needs spiritual guiding🥰.
