Obsługa expresowa. Miła obsługa. Bezpieczny parking. Minus 1 gwiazdkę za to że do toalety trza było się zgłaszać do biura po drugiej stronie, i wpisywać do zeszytu. Dostawało się klucz i pejdżer na 15 min. W stresie robiło się 💩 czy w trakcie nie zacznie pikać pejdżer.

I was told my package would arrive at 6 PM, but you attempted delivery at 2:30 PM when I wasn’t home. You then said it would arrive the next day, changed it to collection at a location far from my home, and finally handed it to another courier, delaying it by yet another day. These constant changes ruined my plans. I also emailed asking for help and received no reply. Very frustrating service. Please respond and help resolve this.

Pentru a merge la toaleta ca sofer trebuie sa parcurgi un intreg labirint. Mergi la birou si semnezi pentru cheie!! (Nume, firma, nr camion) Cheia e prinsa de un scoci. Pe langa scoci si cheie mai primesti si un peager care sa ti aminteasca sa aduci cheia inapoi in maxim 30 de minute. Dar stai, asta nu e tot! Toaletele sunt peste drum, la o usa GRI. Si bineinteles ca NU exista niciun semn sau vreun afis pe care sa scrie toaleta! Sansele sa faci pe tine sunt cam 90% daca nu gasesti pe cineva care sa ti arate pe unde sa intri. NU AM VAZUT IN VIATA MEA ASA CEVA.

Extremely disappointing service. I scheduled a FedEx pickup from my home for an international warranty return. The driver never showed up. When I contacted FedEx, I was told that the driver couldn't find my address, even though the address was provided when the pickup was booked. I had to call FedEx again and provide my address a second time and reschedule the pickup. This has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. If FedEx cannot locate an address that was correctly provided for a scheduled pickup, customers should at least be contacted instead of simply being left waiting. Very poor experience and communication.
