Patrik has been very helpful throughout the sale process and his communication is always clear, timely and well structured. With his good knowledge of Kungsholmen area and vast pool of potential clients, he has done a great job in matching our apartment with interested buyers, which lead to a sale even before we starts the process of open viewing. We are grateful to his help and we will definitely recommend him to both sellers and buyers that are interested in living on Kungsholmen.

I chose Patrik as my agent because of the praise I had read about him in the reviews of previous clients and I was not disappointed. He presents professionally but also relates casually; he inspires confidence but one can also appreciate him on a more human level than one of just competence and efficiency. His manner of marketing the flat minimised disruption for us and his advice and adjacent help were very much appreciated (the photographer, for example, did a wonderful job and was so pleasant to work with). The results... Visa mer were quick and he is always available to answer any questions and offer help. I am very happy with my choice and with the outcome.

Rekommenderas varmt!
