I had a really nice experience at Faraos Falafel. I tried both the falafel wrap and the koshary, and honestly, both were delicious! The falafel wrap was fresh, flavorful, and nicely seasoned. The falafel had a great texture, crispy on the outside while remaining soft and flavorful inside, and the combination of the falafel with the fresh ingredients and sauces made the wrap really satisfying. The koshary was also excellent—rich, flavorful, and comforting, with a great balance of the pasta, rice, lentils, chickpeas, tomato sauce, and crispy onions. It tasted homemade and authentic, which I really appreciated. One thing to know is that koshary is not available every day, so it’s a good idea to ask beforehand. Mohammed and his wife are both incredibly nice, welcoming, and friendly. His wife even called me to let me know when the koshary was available, which I thought was such a thoughtful gesture and really shows how much they care about their customers. Definitely a place I would recommend if you enjoy Egyptian food and want something delicious with genuinely friendly service!
