Vi hade vår företagskonferens och sommarfest på Explore Luleå och är supernöjda! Mysig anläggning, rolig "utmaning" som passade gruppen bra och riktigt god mat.
Det blev lite kallt framåt kvällen, men det löstes enkelt med filtar som fanns att låna. Att få avsluta med bastu och badtunna var också ett stort plus.
Tack för en trevlig och välordnad dag, vi rekommenderar verkligen Explore Luleå! 😊

Nous avons passé deux moments très agréable, sortie en raquettes, Très bon repas le soir suivie d’un bain nordique avec Sauna
Dommage qu’il manque un peu de sourire et d’être obligé de traverser la cour en maillot de bain pour demander à remonter la chaleur de l’eau qui était tombé en température ?
La experiencia con ellos fue muy buena en la acividad de senderismo.pero horrible en la caza de auroras.
Nosotros sabíamos que no podíamos verlas..Por eso no hay problema, pero sí con lo que te dicen que es la actividad y con lo que consistió en realidad.
El guía primero no sé presentó, por tanto ni supe su nombre porque no sé oyó en la furgoneta. Lo segundo no hizo ningún comentario prácticamente a lo largo del tiempo; ni probabilidades, ni sitios donde íbamos, recorridos, alguna anécdota.... Nada. Fue a 3 lugares (como dicen en su web), alguno de ellos bastante iluminado, bajamos en cada uno ni 5 minutos, miramos un poco al cielo y en algún lugar con mínimo resplandor decía que a lo mejor podría verse rápidamente nos movía. Me sentí como un borrego, además de ser un aburrimiento. Me pareció muy poco profesional y una tomadura de pelo total.
Si hay pocas posibilidades pues bien, lo aceptamos pero trátanos como adultos que somos. No repetiria no aconsejaría hacer esta actividad de auroras con ellos.
This is it. I went on this trip to Sweden with my best friend and it sounds like it would incredible but it was even more phenomenal thanks to you! (no jokes here)
We did snowshoe hikes and it was awesome! The landscapes and the kindness of the guide were perfect to start our stay in Luleå (high five to the Polish guide who gave us our first Fika!)
Then, we did three other activities with Explore Luleå: ice fishing, snowmobiles and northern lights.
We were lucky enough to do these activities with one guide called Shane
Shane, if you're reading this, let me tell you that you're the best guide ever.
We had a bunch of fun far from home trying to catch fish or driving snowmobiles like Tom Cruise while listening to all your stories about the Swedish people or your life. (the story of the french guy in the sauna won't leave my mind lol)
Even when we were absolutely 100% sure to not see any northern lights during the evening with you, you showed us some wonderful places that I will never forget.

Stay well away from this company, we stayed in their domes which was ment to be fully luxurious package, we arrived to domes that was frozen, unable to defrost the whole time we was there, substandard breakfast, attitude from staff and then when I emailed to inform the place, was met with denial and lies, I dont write bad reviews ever as really dont like doing it (check out all my reviews) but this place is to be avoided at all costs, never have i disliked an experience so much and it was ment to be the best part of our holiday, drove 600km round trip from Finland to get there and I totally regret my decision to spend new year in this place, DONT GO NEAR THIS PLACE OR ANYYHING TO DO WITH IT. if it was possible to give less than 1 star i would

Hi! Sorry that we can't take this feedback seriously because as I mention in the email to you, that you mention things that are not true and you show us pictures that is not related to the truth. We helped you with the things you needed help with. We can see you tried to find reasons to get refund and you behaved in an unacceptable way to our staff so we find no reason to refund you for that. And now you are trying to damage more for us because of that. That is just sad.
Tous les guides étaient compétents et adorables. Mention spéciale pour le guide australien et Robert, le français pour leur gentillesse et les anecdotes.
Si vous voulez pleinement profiter, je vous conseille le combo activités, spa, dîner et nuit dans un igloo

im grossen und ganzen ganz ok. der guide auf der schneeschuh wanderung war ein wenig verpeilt.. sehr leichte wanderung ohne highlights.. material wurde vergessen und das feuer, welches auf der tour gemacht wurde, brannte gerade 10 minuten. die heisse schokolade war sehr wässerig. die zimtschnecken allerdings waren fein. pickup sehr pünktlich, rückfahrt unorganisiert
Nous avons eu la chance de tomber sur un guide francophone, Robert, qui a fait bien plus que nous guider dans notre activité de raquette et de pêche sur glace. Il nous a également partagé son expérience de la nature, sa joie de vivre communicative et il a surtout réussi à captiver notre fils de 8 ans avec ses explications et anecdotes, ce qui en soit est un exploit. Nous recommandons à 100% et surtout en famille et avec Robert !
Concernant le restaurant, nous avons pu le tester et c'est une cuisine locale (ça change des pizzas, burger et sushi) qui vaut vraiment le détour, le temps dans un décor typique et chaleureux.
