As a complete coffee amateur, I took a coffee roasting course with Edin and learned to truly appreciate the rich, complex process of coffee making. Edin combines deep knowledge with pedagogic skill and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. A really fun experience!

Fantastisk upplevelse! 👏🏼😀

Get his direct-trade honest high quality coffee or follow one of the courses! I joined one of the events. Edin knows everything about the background of the coffee and how to produce a perfect cup of coffee! I really enjoyed the Kenyan peaberry!

You can really tell that Edin loves his coffee and he is a nerd in most positive way possible. We experienced an enthusiastic presentation and a lovely introduction to the world of speciality coffe. Two hours well spent, with coffe tasting and the guided tour of the micro roastery!
