I really, really enjoyed my time at Exgale Hardcore Gym! I trained there for one week and had an absolute blast 💯 Especially the leg days were incredible. With the pendulum squat from hammer strength. The gym has a great selection of Hammer Strength machines, which I really enjoyed using, and the dumbbells go all the way up to 70 kg — perfect if you’re serious about training. What I also really liked was the atmosphere. All the members I met were super cool, relaxed and welcoming, which made training there even more enjoyable. The owner was also extremely helpful, communicative and interactive, and made me feel welcome from the first day. The 24/7 access is another huge plus, and getting access to the gym was very uncomplicated. If you’re looking for a gym with a strong community, great equipment and a real hardcore training atmosphere, I can definitely recommend this Gym. I will absolutely come back🤝🏾! 🙏🏾🔥

Old school gym med karaktär och känsla! Är du i Gbg och vill bygga muskler är det hit du ska ta dig! Rått, avskalat och hardcore!
