I cannot recommend JLH highly enought. She identified my precise Business English needs in the financial real estate sector and created a customized coaching course which was delivered in a safe environment. The course exceeded expectaions and I had fun along the way getting my English up to the next level. It gave me the professional confidence I needed for investors, clients and global colleagues. I had a lovely 1-1 course with Julia to help with my Business English for my finance roll. Terrific you could both have meetings in person but also on teams, very good with flexibility! Julia made it fun and personal but still is professional. I learned more words, how to write in a more formal way but especially she helped with my courage to speak more in front of other people in a work setting and to hold presentations/meetings.
