Are you aware that in the Hamburg area – and generally across Germany – FedEx drop-off points are extremely rare? I had to drive 20 minutes each way just to return a parcel. This is completely unreasonable and shows a lack of consideration for customers.

I ordered two shirts. Delivery was a complete mess. Customer service does not exist! Not answer and help at all! I suggest not to buy shirts at Eton.

Wouldn't you expect a 38/15 shirt size to fit when you have 4 others the same "size"? This company doesn't even respond when you ask that question! Be better than the Gap, Eton.
