They don’t care about customers, if you book a sit ticket you are likely to be left at the airport and give a sit to ministers who book last minute. Can never use this airline.

It’s a Nightmare to travel with this flight. Too much risk. You may not find your Luggage. Even you may go to jail.

Thieves, only bad experience with ethiopian airlines. Lost my bad for 3month , No compensation Nothing, aftee 3 month i got the bad with halv of my things, No compensation. Its now 1and halv year ago. Do not travel with ethiopian

This is the worst airline office! Ethiopian Airlines has lost my suitcase since July 2022. Fast forward to March 2023, we are still trying to get a reimbursement for this suitcase. Communication is zero! It seems like a well known fact that we missed in Sweden not to fly this airline! Apparently the worst that many lawyers had to deal with as well.
