As a near-space passionate, I got there full of expectations. Honestly, the experience was poor. First, nobody was there to host you in the little room. You can't see anything of the facilities, not even a picture of the 'welcome' plaque. I took a coffee and a cookie and that's it.

An informative little place just outside Kiruna, worth the visit if you're interested in space. The drive there is also beautiful with nice winding roads, autumn colours and several lakes. We arrived less than an hour before closing and worried we wouldn't get through everything so we took photos of all the information signs to read up on them later, but turns out we had just enough time to read through them all anyway. Clean toilets and cookies provided free of charge. Unfortunately during our visit in early September, the coffee machine was broken and half a dozen of the digital displays weren't working. It was unmanned during our visit so unsure how often these things are checked up on, but it was otherwise well maintained, informative and interesting.
