A white female staff member seemed a bit dismissive when I asked if that was my drink and how I could tell since there was no label on the takeaway cup. She didn’t really tell me, so she did it intentionally, which felt discriminatory. The Pakistani male staff member was also not better but worse, acting pervishly; he was walking around, scratching himself, and passing his body by me in a way that felt like sexual harassment, which made me uncomfortable. I just wanted to share my experience—I feel disappointed by Espresso due to the lack of manners from employees, and I believe everyone deserves friendly and respectful treatment. Apparently not from Espresso, so it’s not worth a penny.

I usually like Espresso House a lot but that chocolate cooky was almost inedible. Cortado was good but came without the usual small chocolate (I missed to double-check with the staff about that). Everyone behind the bar was super nice though and the place was clean.
