Grabbed a coffee and a pastry at Espresso House Emporia on the third floor (blue glass) a while ago, I’m pretty much never in Malmö but I was on an errand to buy a specific toy for my youngest sister for her birthday. I, being incredibly clumsy, accidentally dropped my tray when I went to sit down at the premise and the coffee spilled all over my pants and on the sitting area. I felt so embarrassed. I went to ask a girl working there for tissues as there was coffee everywhere and she immediately insisted, without me even asking, to redo my order and cleaned up the spillt coffee super quickly. Really made my day even though my outfit was ruined due to my clumsiness (and thankfully I had ordered iced coffee, not the hot kind). So 10/10 service and cleanliness, and the sweetest girl working that day!

Svinotrevlig personal.

This coffee place is the worst I’ve ever been to. The staff is incredibly rude, and they even called security on us for asking for a tray. One of the ladies was shouting at us, and our little kid started crying. To top it off, I burned my hands because the lady refused to give us a trade. 😡🤮😡😡😡🤮🤮 This place is truly awful.

Beskidt bord. Medarbejder var arrogante. Servicen var dårlig. Virkelig dårlig sted

Vi har ventet 20 min på vores iskaffe, mens de betjente andre til trods for vi har gjort dem opmærksom på dette. Plus der var ikke særlig travlt

i went here with my wife for a cup of coffee. we ordered an Americano via their mobile app. since the place inside the Emporia Mall, we went there after a short detour. our order was ready by the time we reached. we picked it up from the counter. picked a table and enjoyed the coffee over talk. will recommend the place for a quick caffeine break inside the mall :)
