Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and care at this hospital. My wife was referred here for low iron levels and had a blood test done, which left her with a severe bruise. That was only the beginning of our frustration. We waited over 4 weeks for the initial test results without hearing anything back. My wife had to reach out herself, which led to a follow-up appointment where the doctor prescribed a month of medication and ordered a retest. Predictably, those results never came either. When we followed up yet again, they directed us to get another test done at a different clinic and we still haven't received those results either. There is zero proactive follow-up. We have to constantly call just to get basic updates, and staff are shockingly reluctant to even share her actual blood test reports. I have never experienced such low standards of patient care and administrative disorganization. Save yourself the stress and avoid this place at all costs.
