Emvix is the definition of unprofessionalism and incompetence. I have had multiple experiences with them, and every time they have failed to deliver even the most basic service. Leaking Gasket – I reported a simple issue that could have been fixed with a gasket/water connection available at any nearby hardware store (Clas Ohlson, Jula, Biltema). Instead, they showed up unprepared, made the situation worse, and left without even shutting off the water intake, causing a major leak. Door Lock Issue – A minor issue with the door lock that only required adjusting two screws was exaggerated into a major problem. Instead of fixing it, they suggested replacing the entire door lock system, a completely unnecessary and expensive solution. Electrical Problem – They came to check an electrical issue, and after arriving, they casually stated, “We are not electricians.” Despite that, they still charged 3,500 SEK for doing absolutely nothing. To make things worse, they didn’t even bring a multimeter, a basic tool for any electrical inspection. It is clear that Emvix operates without expertise, preparation, or any concern for their customers. Their incompetence costs time, money, and unnecessary frustration. I strongly advise against using their services. If you want something done right, hire a real professional, not Emvix.
