Ordered a lamp from Creative Design on 4/29/25. Nordic Empire charged my credit card on 4/29/25. I received an email on 4/29 with the order #. I have not received the lamp & have contacted them twice using the email they provide in customer support. They have not replied to either email. They do not show any other way to contact them. The transaction went through Shopify. Shopify tells me to contact Creative Lighting. A circle Sham! Will not order anything with any of the three named organizations again. Hope my credit card will refund.
