Hade en granne till mig inte tipsat om restaurangen hade jag förmodligen aldrig besökt Embassy. Och vilken förlust i sådana fall! Så professionellt, stilfullt och väl avvägt gällande service och mat/smak. Min man och jag uppskattade miljön oerhört mycket då restaurangen känns privat/undangömd. Vi dricker ingen alkohol och jag äter vegetarisk mat och även i dessa delar överträffade restaurangen vida mina förväntningar. Blir många fler besök här!

A Mixed Culinary Journey with Exceptional Service Our party of 9 recently indulged in the 11-course President's menu at Embassy Malmö. While the restaurant's reputation is high, the food, unfortunately, fell short of our expectations. The dishes showcased creativity and intricate details, yet the execution lacked the intended flavor impact. However, our dining experience was salvaged by the exceptional service provided by Vladan, the waiter/manager. His welcoming demeanor and genuine care elevated the entire evening. Vladan's professionalism and kindness turned what could have been a disappointment into a five-star experience. Thanks to him, we're inclined to give this establishment another chance in the future. What a gentleman! Pure gold.

I recently had the opportunity to dine at the Embassy. Upon being welcomed through the signature red door, I felt like I was personally invited to the president. The great atmosphere of refined elegance and classic charm. With tasteful decor and a luxurious feel that wasn't overdone. The service was nothing short of exceptional. The staff, embodying the epitome of professionalism, greeted us with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. I couldn't have asked for a better selection and recommendation of the collections of wine. Each dish was presented with precision, showcasing culinary expertise but also a deep passion for the art of gastronomy, surprising not only the eyes but also the taste buds. It's difficult to create an eleven-course menu, but it's even harder to make a menu that gets better with each plate served. Each dish built on the former with flavor without overdoing it, achieving a perfect balance. You could tell that Head Chef Alex, have created our menu with great passion. The attention to detail spoke for itself. The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was like an art show (the good kind). Every bite was a journey through a melody of tastes and textures that I didn't think you could combine, leaving a lasting impression that tantalized my taste buds long after the meal was over. In summary, my experience at Embassy restaurant was great. I have a new appreciation for food and I look forward to the next visit. The only thing I regret, is that I didn't visit sooner. Oh, and the pralines where awesome!
