This is an unsolicited review. Highly recommend. We came looking for unique and inclusive children’s books for a library project in another country, and we are very excited with the beautiful ones that we found to donate. Then we marveled at the range of small global presses for adult literature, too, which inspired us as writers and translators to go home and read more about these presses. If we could shove more in our backpacks, we would buy what we saw. The coffee and pastries look great. The staff is really friendly and just lets you browse; the vibe is very welcoming and cozy. The bathroom seems accessible. Come out and find something really interesting to read or gift - from seasonal Halloween tales to Christmas gifts to something unexpected for yourself. As a short-term foreign resident of Malmö, I have been very impressed by and truly hope locals and visitors alike will cherish and nurture this high-quality independent bookstore culture, especially Elsewhere.

The shop is quaint and charming. The selection of books is broad and interesting with a remarkable amount of books by smaller publishers for how big the shop is. Definitely worth a stop.
