Hej Martin,
Mitt råd är att du tar frågan direkt med ansvarig person på Electrolux Home och även deras VD om det behövs..och tydligt framför att ni på Professional oförskyllt drabbas av brister i deras hantering av serviceärenden och kundklagomål.
Deras avsaknad av en tydlig och kundorienterad strategi riskerar tyvärr (som du märker) att skada även ert företag som säljer produkter av samma varumärke. Och om detta inte leder till en tydlig förbättring bör ni överväga att byta företagsnamn.
The focus is on design NOT efficiency! Unfortunately, I can neither recommend this Electrolux's air purifiers. Nor can I recommend their customer service or helpfulness. All three of my units are constantly green, as proof of good air quality, and this even though I have been standing and painting a chair, or frying meatballs 2 meters from my large XL model. And the expensive filters that I have bought next to it, to combat odors in the home, make absolutely no difference. So all in all, I have used…

I understand your comment. However, you are adressing the wrong company. We are Electrolux Professional Group, not Electrolux Group, the company selling air purifiers. Therefore, we ask you to contact Electrolux instead of us.
Mycket bra företag och produkter, men tyvärr så har de flesta gemene man lyckats blanda ihop detta företag med det som heter Electrolux home,det här företaget tillhandahåller professionella tvätt utrustningar och även till storkök,de håller INTE på med vitvaror för hemmet vilket många verkar tro.
Läs gärna hela namnet innan ni ressenserar, tips från mig Electrolux professionals = Industrier föreningar mm mm. Electrolux home = hem produkter tex mikro kyl och frys eller tvättmaskin FÖR hemmet....

I get my new fridge today 25.9.24 After 3 hours long waiting after delivery,to make the gas stable as per advice by the installer,very unfortunate that my door panel sensor doesn’t work when I turn on the fridge Wat the quality and luck as I get the faulty unit…new on box but faulty unit….now call dealer and dealer ask me to liaise with Electrolux….very disappointed to get this unit with defect..
26.9.24,called Electrolux Malaysia and seller and email,all ask me to wait.. Is that this is the SOP to handle case -send faulty fridge by Electrolux and ask customer to wait and suffer ???
One more things,Electrolux not allow my review to post in public,and private message me that to contact local Electrolux,where is no replying me,pls c the photo below..better close all the review and just maintain the positive review,to reflect the after filter inage,is not fair to user

This complaint refers to and should be sent to Electrolux (home appliance maker) which is is another company than Electrolux Professional Group.
I have been dealing with Electrolux service dept for 3 years regarding a fridge freezer that was faulty from day one. After 7 engineer calls the fault is still not solved and I’ve been told there is nothing else they can do. Now they won’t change it because it’s 3 years old! It freezes food in the fridge dept and I’ve lost £’s worth. They keep trying to repair it and now have the nerve to tell me it’s out of warranty! I’ve wasted hours of my time trying to get through to their extremely inefficient service line and that doesn’t count the time waiting in for the engineer! I’ve emailed the highest dept I can find and escalated the complaint and they haven’t replied after a month. This is the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Trust pilot reviews about the company are the worst I’ve ever read.
UPDATE! Electrolux refused to deal with me regarding the 6 year statuary rights and told me to back to where I bought it. I spoke to Wickes and within an hour they arranged an exchange! Still has to come from the manufacturer so why couldn’t Electrolux have done this in the first place? Well done Wickes!

Dear Jenny, I seems as your product is from Electrolux Group, not Electrolux Profesasional Group which is a totally separate company. This means you shoud contact the instead of us.
This is the mother company of FRIGIDAIRE My advise to everyone is : RUN don't buy anything from them, They have the worst customer service in the world, it takes 2 to 3 hours to get a customer Rep. to answer from China. They are quick to disconnect when you ask something in English that they don't understand. NO MORE Frigidaire appliances

No it is not. Electrolux Professional is a separate listed company having no relationsship with Frigidaire or Electrolux.
