Julian’s is a great tango teacher! His lessons are simultaneously fun and teach solid tango fundamentals. I felt welcomed in the classes and they helped me a lot with my technique. Highly recommended 🕺

Many years ago I started my tango journey at El Encuentro Tango and I'm still dancing. Julian Castro is a great teacher who not only teaches the steps and technique of tango but also the culture surrounding it and the deep emotions and passions that exist at its core. You learn not only how to dance tango, but how to live tango 💃🏻🕺🏻

Great tango school! I’m an absolute beginner and honestly still pretty terrible at it, but I’m having a great time learning. Julian is a fantastic teacher; fun, open, clearly knows his stuff, and always helpful and encouraging. Highly recommend if you want to start tango in a relaxed and friendly environment!

Rekommenderar Julians dansskola varmt för alla som vill börja dansa eller vill fortsätta dansa tango. Julian ger klasserna en atmosfär av trygghet och glädje och han och hans fantastiska hjälpdansare lär ut tangon på ett väldigt fint och inkännande sätt med individuell coachning i klasserna. Han lär också ut vad tangon kommer ifrån och har förutom klasser, practica man kan gå på som elev samt milongor och roliga utvecklande workshops. Tack Julian för alla roliga och utvecklande år med dig!

If you want to feel the heart and soul of Argentinian tango, please attend the classes with Julian and Samira. Great teachers🙏🌹 Some weekends, Julian also brings international stars, to increase our tango skills. We are lucky to have him and El Enquentro tangoschool in Gothenburg🙏 Thank you, Julian🥰

Excellent Tango teacher. Patient, explains and demonstrates techniques at a very high level, great understanding of musicality and very inspiring. Cannot recommend him enough!

Juliano is one of those truly rare accomplished artists that is just genuinely humble and easy to engage. He is incredibly talented, but sincere and relatable, and completely comfortable in gently facilitating creative flow without it ever feeling intimidating or forced. He never forgets to keep it fun while holding space and reading the room like a pro. I highly recommend him to literally everyone i know in tango in Sweden …..who are all way better than me 😂. But if you’re looking to improve your dance and spice things up, he’s amazing to work with. And especially if you’re new to tango and you want to get the genuine fundamentals down right ….naturally. You won’t regret it 🙌🏽

I've had the honor and pleasure of having Julian as my tango teacher for one year and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone with an interest in learning this beautiful dance. Julian is a knowledgeable, patient and kind teacher who sprinkles in the right amount of fun and silliness while still keeping the focus on you becoming the best tango dancer you can be. If you have the chance to go, you won't regret it!
