This is THE place to eat in Kalmar, especially, but not only, if you like eating healthy, with faboulous tastes. As we say in Yucatan sabores deliciosos y saludable. Edel is a restaurant in a part of town where new things happen, it is run by three young restaurant pros who know their stuff. They have small innovative dishes, appetizers that can easily be shared, thisnk kind of lie the Spanish tapas, just better and a bit bigger portions than the smaller bite size tapas. Prices are moderate and they serve beer, wine and various types of Liqour. DINE IN OR TAKE AWAY AVAILABLE.
