Bought a tennis bracelet for my girlfriend as a birthday gift. Was dissapointed before ive even given it. The pictures show a misleading size differential. It is SUBSTANTIAL! The bracelet was tiny in comparison to the pictures. Pictures showed a total different product. I am super displeased with this. They dont respond to emails and are quite slow with shipping. Also did not provide me with diamond certificate! Unfortunate but would not recommend

Svar från Diamonds Factory

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We're sorry to hear that the tennis bracelet did not meet your expectations and that you were disappointed by its appearance compared with the images online, as well as the communication and delivery experience. Kindest Regards, The Diamonds Factory Team

The service from Ebba in the Stockholm team was exceptional. Extremely helpful and guided me through the entire process of finding the best possible engagement ring within my budget. She also helped with a mockup ring to propose with while being abroad. The variety of options and speed of the "factory" is incredible.
