Extremely rude customer support. Went to DHL service point to return an item and person handled was too rude to answer. I have never seen such a person in Sweden. Funny part was he said he talks only Swedish and doesn’t know to speak English in a proper English sentences with a rude attitude. This is not a way to respond to a customer. I have went to Mekonomen and DHL to this place many times and it was a good experience and friendly.
