I have owned a flip table for just over a year and a half, and the ends of the table have completely peeled off sometimes without even someone touching it, the quality is terrible and when I asked for some assistance, they said that there was no interest in helping me.

Terrible delivery experience. I was considering buying more furniture but simply cannot go through the hasle of delivery with DSV again. At first it looks pretty good with option of days, then DSV does not delivers on agreed day, and then provides an aleatory day an time for delivery. After a complaint, I am unfed that the package is in Tune - delivery is in Copenhagen - and it will be delivered the day after. Then a call , delivery arriving in 10 minutes, meaning my package was not in Tune. The driver parks not at my address, and calls practically unloading one block away. When he notices the distance, reverse. Unloads the package and is more interested in a signature in a paper. I read what I sign and was taking my time to check the information on the package with the paper. At the same time, the driver is saying if I do not sign right away will take the package back and starts pulling the package from the wagon it was standing on barely supported by me. Horrible experience which discouraged me completely to buy another piece of furniture at Design House Stockholm.
