How is this company still allowed to be online? They are a sham of a company, and WILL STEAL your money. Deactivated by account one month after i bought their "lifetime" cloud storage.

I purchased their "lifetime" plan, but they have completely deleted all of my data and blocked me from logging into my account. Customer support has been unresponsive. Please proceed with extreme caution—do not trust this cloud server with your important files.

I decided to cancel my account purely due to the poor quality of the service. To make matters worse, their support team completely ignores my requests. I have been trying to reach them to get the final invoice for the period I paid for, but I’ve received absolutely no response. It seems that once you cancel, they stop caring about their legal obligations. Unprofessional and not recommended at all.

You have to pay to use desktop version, the app version (Android and iOS) is free with ads, two years ago (or three) they had 100 gigabytes free accounts, then reduced to 20gb in all free accounts; watching the reviews of the people this service is not good to pay cuz it is a scam, only use the free version.

This is a scam site. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 4 STAR "REVIEWS" from supposed customers. Your personal data IS NOT PRIVATE IN ANY WAY. It will be trawled/scanned by their bots. If you have been stupid enough like me to buy a lifetime storage plan, they will find a way to cite you for abuse of their terms, like copyright, even from your own photos in order to find reason not to honour the deal. Who knows what they do with the data they have scraped from your personal files. Their customer service, if they do get back to you once they have taken your money, literally laugh at you when you raise these issues.

Ne souscrivez pas ce service, ils vous virent pour un rien... J'ai des DVD en format disque que j'ai mis sur Degoo et ils m'ont viré. J'ai fait appel avec la preuve d'avoir les DVD en version matérielle donc en règle et ils ont rejeté l'appel via un BotIA. Ne donnez pas votre argent à ces escrocs

These are the biggest frauds.. i have taken liftetime membership. and suddenly im locked out of my account.. Before giving review i sent them a service request.. and no response from.. when these fools have no support they should not be selling a service..
