Warning!! Do not buy anything from this company! They are fraudsters, scammers, theives!
I bought a pair of headphones that fell apart within 6 months and battery couldn't last more than 1 hour. They wanted me to send them back to them (at my own expense), then later they sent me an email saying that they had received them and they'll send out a new pair. That's 5 months ago and I never received anything. They don't respond to my numerus emails, I've tried contacting them on Facebook with no luck, and the listed phone number is for a completely different company.
I've realized that I have lost my money to this terrible company - they have stolen my money .
Summary: product quality is horrible, costumer service non-existing. I suspect they are close to bankruptcy, judging from how they ignore emails from existing customers.
BE WARNED - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!
Don't order there! These guys are scammers. I ordered a Howl driver and they sent me something else. I sent this back and demanded the correct phone. No reaction. No money back. This is a complete fraud!!
Ordered some nice earphones about 5 years ago. Just realized that you guys sent a handwritten card to us. Thank you so much! The earphones also still work perfectly 😁
I have purchased their earphones for the third time and I can only recommended. Customer service is just simply perfect (quick respond/notifications, shipping within hours; it took only minutes from placing order to shipment via UPS). Furthermore I have received extra earphones as a bonus for my family and friends.
Talking about earphones, currently NOIR, I'm very satisfied with its quality of music performance, good basses and the way how they divide "street noises" from my music, plus if perfect fits to my ears. The body has high quality production.
Previously, I tried SPRKS, ROYALE and it was never disappointing experience.
I think they are a scam. Week after week, month after month they put people off promising they'd send the ordered products. They now even don't respond to messages.
The headphones I received had a damaged battery. The battery lifetime was only 1 - 2 hours. I contacted the customer support and sent them back, However, they refused to cover the shipping costs. In my opinion it is their duty to send me a working device on their costs. I contacted the customer support again and asked for a refund of my shipping costs, but they denied my request. Now I am waiting for more than 4 weeks for a response from them.
Regarding the headphones: Sound is okay, but sometimes I have troubles connecting them to my smartphone. Also, they are very loud to your surroundings. You can't sit in the library and listen to music because you will disturb your neighbours. I also missed a feature to clip together the headphones when you’re not using them. I wouldn't buy them again.
I've ordered multiple in-ear earphones from Degauss Labs and I'm super happy with the quality. I've also been in contact with support a few times and they were kind and helpful.
