Here's the list: Max range is 333km ( I know because the drive home was 2600 km) There's no tow bar. Charging port is a safety hazard! Tire is torn. The taillight is cracked! Just look at the photos. You are running a scrapyard, not a car dealership!

You personally inspected the vehicle thoroughly before buying it. You spent approximately two hours at our premises, test-driving the car and going through the vehicle carefully. You had every opportunity to inspect the tires, the rear of the car, the taillights, the charging port and the rest of the vehicle.
The issues you are now mentioning were not hidden from you. You inspected the car yourself before deciding to purchase it. Nobody forced you to buy the vehicle, and you chose to proceed with the purchase after having seen and tested it.
This was a 2016 vehicle with approximately 456,000 km on the odometer, sold for around SEK 180,000–190,000. It is a used vehicle with very high mileage, not a new car, and it should be evaluated accordingly.
We therefore strongly disagree with your claim that we lied to you or deliberately concealed anything. If you had considered any of these conditions unacceptable, you had the opportunity to raise them before completing the purchase.
We have also not blocked you. What is strange to us is that you have chosen to post accusations on Google instead of contacting us directly. You have also posted from two different Google accounts.
If you genuinely believe there is an issue, contact us directly and we will discuss it with you. However, it is not fair to claim that we deceived you when you personally inspected and tested the vehicle for approximately two hours before deciding to buy it.

I don't think the car I bought matches the one in the ad. I know they aren't selling new cars, but the photos in the listing didn't show the defects the car actually has: a torn rear tire, a sagging rear bumper, a missing tow bar (which was listed in the ad), a cracked tail light, a faulty charging port, a malfunctioning second remote, and sticking door handles. They withheld information about these faults! They are unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! The people who wrote positive reviews are just family members!

You had the opportunity to inspect the car before completing the purchase. You personally checked the car before paying the remaining amount, and my colleague also sent you pictures showing the car from all around.
The car had also clearly been driven 456,000 km (45,600 mil), so this was a used vehicle with high mileage, not a new car.
We did not intentionally hide any faults or information from you. You had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle and ask questions before completing the purchase.
Regarding the range, the advertisement stated “up to 445 km”, which refers to the manufacturer's stated maximum range and does not guarantee that the car will achieve 445 km under real-world driving conditions.
We are happy to discuss any specific issue with you, but we believe it is important that the facts are presented accurately.
