I was very disappointed with my visit to Cutter’s. I showed a picture of how I wanted my hair – the hairdresser said “okay,” but still cut it entirely the way she wanted. The result was far too short and nothing like what I asked for. There was no apology, no sense of responsibility – just a casual “it will grow back.” Paying 389 SEK for someone else’s mistake is completely unacceptable to me. Unfortunately, I experienced neither professionalism nor respect for the customer. In my case, Cutter’s came across as both inexperienced and careless. I absolutely do not recommend this place to anyone. (2025.06.05 )
