Deeply disappointed with our experience. We hired Crown Worldwide for our move from Västerås to Stockholm, and a significant number of our belongings arrived damaged — eleven items in total, including furniture and broken glassware, plus damage to the property itself, plus damaged flooring and a door frame. That was frustrating enough, but the claims process that followed has been the real ordeal.
For months I received a string of near-identical replies telling me the matter was "still being investigated" and asking me to "bear with them" — no settlement offer, no figures, no firm completion date. Eventually Crown committed in writing to a substantive update by 13 August. That date has now come and gone by nearly a month, and the claim still is not resolved. [Since then I have heard nothing further / I have received only another holding reply.]
However patient you are willing to be, repeated holding responses — followed by a missed deadline the company set itself — is not acceptable handling of a legitimate damage claim. I would think carefully before trusting Crown with a move where anything of value, or your peace of mind, is on the line. I will update this review if and when they resolve it.

Highly recommend! Crown Relocations is a punctual and personal service!
I am a Japan resident and had to relocate a lot of items after my mother's passing in Sweden. All other services I approached declined and were actually rather rude about it.
Crown Relocations took it on straight away and had moving manager contact with me throughout entire process. It gave me absolute peace of mind and took away a lot of stress.
Additionally, they were very patient when the banks made it difficult to make a payment.
Thank you very much for your service!!!

As usual (I've used Crown's services several times over the years) quite effective and hazzle free.
Only negative thing was that the Swedish delivery personell didn't keep the requested appointment time, they came too early, which created work related problems for us.
