I had a really positive experience at CF Tegen in Stockholm! Even with renovations going on, everything ran smoothly and the gym space was great to train in… and the equipment is excellent and well-maintained. A big thank you to Timmy and Fredrik, who were very welcoming, helpful, and made dropping in for open gym sessions completely seamless. A great facility to visit if you're in Stockholm—I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in town!

I went specifically for the free trial workout advertised on their website. When I spoke to the woman at reception, she claimed they don't offer free trials at all. Even after I pointed out that it is explicitly listed on their site, she continued to deny it and insisted I pay 250 SEK for a one-time entry. She didn't even offer a tour of the facilities. I’m not sure if the "free trial" suddenly becomes available if you speak Swedish, but the lack of transparency and hospitality was disappointing. There are plenty of other gyms in the area that actually honor their promotions—stay away from this gym.

Avoid: False advertising and poor service

I’m not sure if the "free trial" suddenly becomes available if you speak Swedish, but the lack of transparency and hospitality was disappointing. There are plenty of other gyms in the area that actually honor their promotions—stay away from these liars.

Terrific CrossFit gym! Friendly, clean, well equipped, good instruction. High recommend, especially if you’re visiting Stockholm from abroad and just want to stay fit. Very welcoming, with classes in English as well as Swedish. Definitely check it out!
