I recently got my first tattoo here. Ted and Minna did it together although Ted and I had the most contact and he did most of it I really love Minna her part too. The amount of patience and calm they all have is impressive. This whole process for me was so important and I have not been the most relaxed to tattoo, but they have been amazing. My giggles while saying ouch and discussing how ugly someone's plants were helped me a lot and you will get no judgement here for anything. They will just laugh with you. I have nothing but love for them all. It is looking stunning even thought it is still healing. Ted thank you so much for your patience and finishing all the ideas i had :) Minna your amazing too. Very beautiful work :)

My experience with Ted Thorné has been nothing short of a scam. In September, I had an initial consultation with him about getting a tattoo and paid a €200 deposit for an appointment that was not even scheduled yet. Due to scheduling conflicts, I never ended up booking a session and eventually lost interest in getting the tattoo. When I requested a refund, he flat-out refused, hiding behind a so-called ‘policy’ that deposits are non-refundable—despite the fact that the studio’s website clearly states otherwise. When I pointed this out, his response was not just dismissive but outright disrespectful: ‘Try to get it back, I feel sorry for you.’ This is nothing but fraud and unprofessionalism. If this studio employs people like Ted Thorné, it speaks volumes about their ethics. I give this entire studio 0 stars—they clearly do not value honesty or customer trust. Avoid them at all costs!

We are so sorry to hear about this misunderstanding regarding Teds booking policy. It's obvious you're very angry and disappointed. Crooked Moon always strive to give the best possible customer experience, and so does Ted. There are always two sides of a story... And we know it's not a scam, fraud nor bad ethics from our side. Of course, you are allowed to feel angry and disappointed. Unfortunately, it seems Teds booking policy on Teds website that you refer to, was not to your satisfaction. We believe it's better though if you address Ink by Ted; Teds company directly. The owners of Crooked Moon, were not in Berlin where you met Ted. We were not involved in any way then, and are not now. So we can't help you. We would prefer if you direct your review and feedback to whom it may actually concern. Thank you!
