Man väljer Convendum för de bästa lägena i stan men man stannar för servicen, vilket mina företag har gjort i fem år. Personalen på Convendum är outstanding och framförallt Philip P. Han har verkligen överlevererat på alla sätt.

We were traveling from Stockholm to Krakow and needed a coworking space only for one day because of early check-out (for the time period before our flight in the evening). We found this place as it’s near to the central station and fitted well because of its location. The plan was to pay for one day visit but we couldn’t find out if that works without member cards as there is no information on the web page - phone calls were not working - neither emails. We decided to come by as the location was on the way and asked directly there about the possibility to stay. A guy on the reception was super nice and welcoming. he proposed us to stay for the whole day for free - and take it as a test day. we were planning a day-visit payment (if possible of course at all as there is no info in internet) but when the company proposes it says something about it’s excellent service (as they manifest it) so we have accepted the proposal and the first impression about this company was great. If you are positioning yourself as a high class coworking space brand which is able to offer a super service - everything fits. We spend couple of hours in the main hall and did our work in peace, then suddenly a lady came to us and told we have to get out right now because it’s a new decision 😁😁 That was a ridiculous behavior and rude, unprofessional and personally disturbing (especially annoying because we had important things to work on and were „pleased“ to get out). First good and really positive impression from this location finally showed the opposite: -no communication among the members of the team what’s permitted and what’s not -no clear rules, which every employee is aware of -no professional attitude to clients (and possible future clients) -bad service -bad team solution for unusual situation -incompetency of workers hierarchy -incoherence between brand positioning and service they offer in reality

Perfekt läge på Nybrogatan i superfräsch och välkomnande miljö. Ett stort plus är den mycket trevliga personalen som alltid är serviceminded och positiva. Ett nöje att ha kontoret här.
