Allt börjar med att jag fått fel adress till lokalen. Jag ringer dom och de svarar inte, när jag väl kom fram efter mycket om och men så blir jag bemött på ett dåligt sett. De säger till mig att deras maskiner som man behöver är trasiga. Jag ifrågasatte dom varför det e inte ringt mig när de visste om det. De fick ringa sin kompis som fick översätta åt dom. Kommer aldrig att gå till detta ställe mer!!!

Extremely horrifying experience that I have ever experienced! Terrible staff! Terrible customer service! Bullying! And completely scammers that take advantage of vulnerable people! My nails got even ruined from their salon! They tried to make me pay full price for a spa pedicure when they didn’t give any services at all worth the even half the money! the spa wasn’t really spa, no massage, rushed through scrubbing, no professional techniques at all, just sitting there playing with my feet in water! then the cherry on top was the terrible horrible awful crocked french tips as shown below in the pics. Every toe nails has its own shape, so basically playing in my face and doing straight geometric patterns and wanted to make me pay 565kr! I know you are as shocked as I was! In my case I was in this disbelief of this horrible work! Then I I complain to the staff as the interesting artist on my toes was doing horrible work, they kept manipulating me that it will look good etc. so when she said she was done I thought I was on some prank show cause clearly she couldn’t be serious! So, I asked them is this a joke? She was very arrogant and kept “saying this is our service, you going to have to pay or I will call the police” as the artist sits there and understands nothing, she can’t speak Swedish or English just there to play on people feet to scam vulnerable individuals for free money! So I stood up for myself and said that I wasn’t happy at all with the work! Again she pushing on that I should just pay, so I told them I could pay maybe a little bit less but not fully the price cz that’s not fair and pure scam. Well guess what? She called the police saying lies to them making up things that I was being sneaky and trying to leave without paying etc basically just lying . Also they were making fun of me laughing in the kitchen and she kept also telling other customers about the situation juts making me seem like a scam when they are the biggest ones, I felt very very sad and bullied that I started crying there but still waited. I felt very degraded, humiliated and very very sad! They were laughing at how I looked and my outfit etc. she made the whole conversation with her client about me and needed. Anyways long story short the police came and I told my story but will be handled hopefully with justice! My advice don’t even waste your time visiting the place, or go mentally ready and financially stable enough to be scammed and pay money for horrible service. People have different experiences but mine personally was so terrible I will never forget! To finish I will just add a pic of my nails people they ruined them

Katastrof!!! Köper fotvård för hela mitt friskvårdsbidrag 4000kr, klagade en gång på behandlingen och då spärrar de mig så jag inte kan boka flera. Ber de boka när jag är där då ”hinner de inte”. Jag tänker använda mina behandlingar som jag har betalt för sen går jag aldrig in där igen.

Missnöjd med naglar, 2 naglar är helt sneda o för långa. Sa till flera gånger men de förstår inte svenska
