It is with great disappointment that I make this post. After being ripped off by this service, the bank found in favor of this business and I lost $1,000. I'm extremely disappointed and angry. The owner (Chris Williams) sold me on the value of his service, but when I saw their marketing technique, I had to fight the urge to throw up. Their facebook outreach is terrible and the worst marketing I have ever seen. This is why I initiated the chargeback. Unfortunately, the bank found in favor of this service and I am out of pocket $1,000. Worse, the merchant (Chris Williams) refused to respond to my requests for a refund and acted like I don't exist. Since the bank sided with Chris and his company, I am posting this negative review. The marketing program was one of the worst i have ever seen and if I cannot get my money back, I am leaving this review as a warning to others.
