I'd like to send a big thank you to Nafiye and Jennifer at Clearlaw. I think I can provide this review confidently because they have been my lawyer for multiple years. I know them very well. I understand how hard deciding on the right attorney is, I read reviews as I’m sure others do and it can be overwhelming because you want to know that they have your best interest at heart. I understand how a transparent review can really help guide someone to decide on the right lawyer. No lawyer is "perfect" and you cannot expect it to be so. Each lawyer has their own style of working and how they support their clients, however what a good firm like Clearlaw does is properly review the situation with attention to detail, and makes the right decisions at the right time. I’ve used a few attorneys and if I could put my finger on an important area where they stand out, it would be that they're simply more experienced than others, and very skilled problem solvers. Nafiye will only hire the best people and they go above and beyond for her clients. They're very organised and take time to make sure things are submitted properly and on time. I had an excellent experience working with Nafiye at Clear Law regarding my student-to-work permit transition. With the recent tightening of student permit requirements and changes to migration law, my case was complicated I graduated in June but still had a few repeat exams remaining in August, leaving me short 10-15 credits of my total registered credits. Nafiye was extremely knowledgeable about these new regulations and clearly kept herself updated on the latest changes. During our first consultation, she walked me through several possible options and helped me understand the best path forward. This lawyer is a complete unaware what exactly happened to a person when someone loses. She charged me really hefty amount ( A person can buy a good car in Sweden) and did absolutely nothing for my case at Migrationsverket. She didn't just fail to help even though I was with kids – she actively lost my case through sheer incompetence and laziness. Don't be fooled by her ability to handle basic, cookie-cutter applications. The moment you have a real business visa case or anything that requires actual legal thinking, she is useless. Worthless. She will sit on your documents, delay every step, and string you along for months – all to bleed your bank account dry. Her behavior is disgusting. She charges for SMS and phone calls – counting every minute like a meter, even when she provides zero value. · She never answers on time. You will be chasing her constantly while your immigration clock runs out. · She deliberately withholds information until the last possible moment, then blames you for her delays. · She lingers on purpose just to rack up more fees. This isn't lawyering – it's daylight robbery. She lost my case. She wasted my time. She stole my money. Do not make the same mistake. Go anywhere else. Even handling your visa yourself is better than hiring this person.
