Extremely disappointing experience. I was pressured into placing an online order for a pair of shoes that the store did not have in stock. I was told that the shoes would be delivered to my home within 3 days. It has now been 18, and I still have neither the shoes nor my money back. They have also failed to provide me with a valid tracking number or any verifiable proof that the shoes have even been shipped. I even went to the store personally to resolve the issue, and I was told to go home and wait — that I would either receive the shoes or get a refund. I am now being told that I need to go back to the store again just to get my own money back. I paid for a product, not an apology or endless excuses. This entire experience has been completely unacceptable and has seriously damaged my trust in this store and brand. Do not make the same mistake I made. Think twice before paying for an online order through this store. Based on my experience, the way this situation has been handled feels like a scam. Avoid this store.
