We categorically reject your false accusation that we are “scammers.” You purchased this bicycle from us in 2024, fully aware that it was a 15–20-year-old used bicycle with its original components. You inspected and test rode the bicycle before purchasing it. Your claim that you returned three days later is factually incorrect. Your first visit was approximately 2–3 months after the purchase, after the warranty had expired. Nevertheless, we serviced the bicycle free of charge as a gesture of goodwill and continued to provide you with additional support and discounts on several occasions. On 28 June 2026, you returned with a broken rear axle. We inspected the bicycle and confirmed that the axle had broken. Since this was a new mechanical failure outside the warranty period, we informed you that the repair would be chargeable. You declined the repair. Every year, we sell dozens of used bicycles, and we have never received this type of complaint from a customer. We stand behind our work and treat every customer fairly and professionally. Your review does not accurately reflect the facts. We have always honored our commitments and provided service well beyond our obligations. We therefore reject your accusations in their entirety.
