Really unhappy with the service. My partner bought me a ring in 2022. He also book a trip to Stockholm from Gothenburg in order to resize the ring to fit my finger. As it is my first engagement ring, I was proposed to get advice from the seller on the size of the ring and they told me to not take it too tight because my finger might expand in summer. So I listen to them and went on even if I felt like it was a bit to lose. I even showed it to the seller and she was not really caring. I was too polite to insist, since she seemed annoyed with my questions. Then at the same time at the store, I bought also a ring for my partner which was worth 8490sek. Same here we listened to the seller with the advice on the ring size. Moving on less than one year later, I lost my ring even if I never took it out it just fell off one day. I asked nicely if they could help me with the price better price since I was returning customer and that I did all the way to Stockholm to resize et cetera and there was a lot of cost involved but they didn’t care. Anyway, paid again and this time, the ring was much more expensive due to the “stone” increased in price. Ok I won’t complain, it’s “just” 15 000sek. Good thing is I believe they offered the delivery back to Gothenburg at least, for a new 15 000sek order 🤡 I still bought the ring since my partner chose it. But I really hated the service at that point. Of course we should have resize also my fiance’s ring, but he decided to not do it before vacation and we’ll, he also lost his ring in 2025. He’s been requesting for an invoice to the brand, but apparently they couldn’t find the invoice even if I had paid with my card and got the credit card receipt. Reason why is that their system changed… When I bought this ring, I trusted their system and thinking that they would have kept this invoice or send it to me but they did neither of it. I’m really unhappy with this brand and I will never buy there again.

Jag valde att införskaffa mitt första egna smycke någonsin via Carolin Hjerpe, en av deras Craters i silver med gravyr på baksidan samt en halsbandskedja för ett egetinförskaffat pressat silvermynt som jag har runt halsen. På grund av en kommunikationsmiss som var lika mycket mitt ansvar som deras så blev det en felgravering, men det åtgärdade dem utan kostnad och utan att få mig att känna mig skamsen för mitt ansvar i det hela! Igenom hela processen har Frances, Stockholm Store Manager, och Matilda S, som skötte kontakterna med mig när Frances var bortrest, varit så trevliga och serviceinriktade i vår kontakt och våra möten. När det blir dags för fler handgjorda silver- eller guldsmycken i framtiden så blir det definitivt Caroline Hjerpe jag vänder mig till i första hand för att se om de kan hjälpa mig finna det smycke jag föreställer mig! P.S. jag borde frågat om smeden och graverarens namn. Hur fan man kan ha sån finmotorik att man för hand kan gravera så här vackert på sån liten yta är bortom mitt förstånd!

Where do I even begin? Caroline Hjerpe is by far the best jeweler I’ve ever had the pleasure of finding. I purchased the most important ring of my life – my fiancé’s engagement ring – and the entire experience exceeded all expectations. Living in the UK, I discovered Caroline Hjerpe online and was immediately drawn to their unique designs. I was especially captivated by the beautiful red gold, which stood out as something truly special. Matilda, the manager at the Stockholm store, provided outstanding customer service. I had so many questions, and she was always prompt and thorough in her responses. We communicated via Instagram for several days before I was able to travel to Sweden to see the rings in person. When I arrived, I spent hours trying different styles and stones. Matilda was incredibly patient, offering helpful advice without any rush. Once I made my choice, the purchasing process was smooth, and the ring arrived quickly and securely thanks to excellent courier service. It’s safe to say that my fiancé absolutely loves the ring and has received countless compliments from both friends and family. I cannot recommend Caroline Hjerpe highly enough. A huge thank you to Matilda and the entire team for their incredible service and for crafting such a beautiful, meaningful ring for my fiancé. I’m truly grateful for everything!

This is a lovely jewelry store with some very unique handmade jewelry. I stoped by and fell in love with their gold rings that capture images of nature - puffy clouds, moon craters, traces of waves in the sand. There are also fun little rings with stones, they look like candy, the collection is called “bonbons” 😀 I ordered 4 rings and they were made in my size and shipped, I safely received them at home, absolutely love them. Thank you so much dear Caroline and lovely Matilda who helped me figure out the sizes. I hope to come back some day for some more bonbon rings.
