Thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review. We really appreciate both your positive comments and your constructive feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the fresh salad, the beautiful surroundings and our outdoor seating. We understand your comments about the waiting time. On the day of your visit we were also preparing for a bnigger group while one team member was handling both the kitchen, café and rentalservice, which unfortunately affected service. Regarding the pies, you're right that they are prepared in advance and reheated before serving. We operate from a very simple preparation kitchen with limited facilities, as we are currently bringing new life to a site that had been closed for nearly a decade. While our ambitions are high, our kitchen unfortunately doesn't yet allow us to prepare every dish the way we would ideally like. Our main focus is creating outdoor adventures through kayaking, mountain biking, skiing and other activities, while also offering a welcoming café for our guests. We are actively working to improve the facilities and hope to be able to offer food that better matches the experience we want to create. We hope you'll give us another chance in the future. We'd love to welcome you back for our waffle buffet or one of our BBQ evenings, which many of our guests enjoy. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
