Buono Pizza is a true gem for anyone looking for an authentic taste of Italy in Göteborg. From the moment you walk in, you're welcomed by the friendly and passionate owner, whose hospitality makes the experience feel warm and personal. What really sets Buono Pizza apart is its commitment to authenticity. Every ingredient is imported directly from Italy—including the soft drinks—which creates a genuine Italian dining experience that is hard to find outside Italy itself. The Margherita pizza was outstanding. The rich tomato sauce, creamy mozzarella, fragrant basil, and perfectly baked crust came together beautifully. The dough had the ideal balance of lightness and chew, with the characteristic charred, airy edge you'd expect from a top-quality Neapolitan-style pizza. Simple ingredients, executed perfectly. If you appreciate authentic Italian flavors, high-quality imported ingredients, and excellent service, Buono Pizza is a must-visit. The passion for Italian food shines through in every bite, and the welcoming owner makes you feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer.
