Situated in a small street in the historic sector of Lund, this soup restaurant offers just four different types of soups (pumpkin, mushroom, tomato and meatballs with vegetables and potatoes). But the quality of the soups more than makes up for the restricted options. Plus, the owner will not heat the soup in a microwave (as is the standard practice in most cases) but on a stove. What was most satisfying was the quality of the bread and paste accompanying the soups. The prices were reasonable for Lund. Highly recommended if you're a soup fan.

Ein schönes, traditionelles Lokal mit sehr gutem Essen zu einem fairen Preis. Wir wurden ausgesprochen herzlich empfangen und haben uns gefreut, dass die Gastfreundschaft auch gegenüber unserem Hund galt. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem die charmante Inneneinrichtung im Vintage-Stil, durch die man beim Betreten des Lokals eine kleine Zeitreise antritt. Vielen Dank für das vollumfänglich schöne Erlebnis.

Utrolig dejlig suppe og fantastisk brød. Stort udvalg af lækre drikkevarer. Bemærk at toilettet er på hotellet på den anden side af gaden.

They refused to accommodate a severe shellfish allergy. They said it was impossible to prevent cross-contamination, that "no restaurant can guarantee this", and offered neither to prepare the food separately nor to make any adjustments whatsoever. 😕 So disappointing! We were really looking forward to trying the place because the reviews are so positive! But it's not worth risking your life over.

Extremely nice owner who was very welcoming. They serve soups with local ingredients and good apple juice (no sugar added called zum(sp?)) that is well priced. More locals than tourists which was nice.
