Stay away/Misleading. I bought the product because it was stated to be in “as new” condition. However, the reality did not match the description: the product showed signs of use, had visual stains, and was not “as new” in the sense commonly used in the second-hand goods trade (nearly new condition, with no obvious wear/scratches/stains). When I complained about the issue, I did not get a solution. Bukowski basically said that I should have examined the pictures online with a magnifying glass, even though they said “as new” in the description. This did not reflect the effort and cost involved. I am also abroad, which makes returns difficult and expensive, and yet they tried to shift the responsibility to me in practice. Overall, the experience was poor: a misleading product description and poor customer service. I do not recommend buying anything from there.
