My family spent the last 20 years in Dallas, Texas, USA and recently moved to Linköping. So we *know* good barbecue. We were skeptical of this place but wanted to see how it compares so we went for dinner tonight. And listen, yall: this place is LEGIT. The brisket was tender and juicy, the barbecue sauce was tangy with a little kick to it (what we're used to!), and the cornbread tasted just as good as back in Texas. The sides are prepared a little differently than what we're accustomed to, but honestly every bbq joint is going to prepare their sides differently anyway. (BTW, do NOT sleep on the coleslaw! 10/10) This really tastes like "back home" and we were mighty impressed. And impressing 3 Texans in a bbq joint is an accomplishment ANYWHERE in the world. WELL DONE, y'all. We cant wait to come back!
